Can I Provide Custom Products?

If you have custom products such as company mugs or a special meaningful item that you’d like to include in any gift arrangement, please feel free to drop it by the store prior to our completion of your order. We’ll gladly include your special item in our gift arrangement. However, please note that we do not accept responsibility in any way for any items you provide to us for inclusion in a gift. We also reserve the right to refuse any items we deem inappropriate for any reason.

Do You Have A Substitution Policy?

Occasionally, due to product availability, substitutions may be necessary. All substitutions will be with product of equal or greater value.

Are There Delivery Fees and/or Taxes?

Delivery or shipping fees and applicable taxes are added to all orders. All delivery and shipping fees listed on this site are base rates and are subject to extra charges based on overweight sizes or multiple deliveries to one address.

What is Your Return Policy?

If any gift item or floral product arrives damaged or broken, we will be happy to replace the damaged or broken item. Please call our store directly within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or broken item to arrange for its replacement. Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on any food products, bath products or opened items.

How Do You Handle Order Cancellation?

Cancellation of an order must be received prior to our completion of the order in order to receive a full refund. Once the order is completed and ready for delivery, there will be no refund issued.

What is Your Privacy Policy?

Your privacy is important to us. Any information we collect from you for the purposes of completing an order or otherwise is solely used for our own purposes in the completion of your order as well as for our own future marketing purposes.
